Join Our Critical Care Nursing Team as a 41101 - Travel: RN - Critical Care - Night Shifts

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for complex cases including DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator management. You will work independently, applying your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans that meet the highest standards of practice. Your responsibilities will also include patient education, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
- BLS certification from the AHA
- ACLS certification from the AHA
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care setting preferred
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and delegation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing ventilator patients
- Prior experience in a mixed cardiac and medical ICU
- Certification in CCRN or other specialized critical care credentials
- Fluency in additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience; new graduates with appropriate training may be considered
Other Requirements:
- Night shift availability (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Every other weekend availability
- Travel-friendly position with potential for temporary to permanent placement
- Willingness to adhere to organizational onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing education requirements
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $60.30 and comprehensive benefits including weekly pay through direct deposit, medical coverage, generous referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
