QUALIFICATIONS:
•Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing
Education (CCNE) or as otherwise identified in the TO.
•Work Experience: One Year of Experience in Nursing
•License: Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.
•Certifications:
oBasic Life Support (BLS) AHA or ARC issued
oNeonatal Resuscitation Provider-Advanced (NRP)
oSugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support (STABLE)
•US Citizen
•NACI background check

RESPONSIBILTIES:
•Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates. Experience caring for postoperative patients.
•Obtains patient history, and pertinent family history, and advanced medical directive information. Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress assist physicians during treatments and examinations; administers medication and prescribed treatments, completes admissions and
discharges, and promote convalescence and rehabilitation.
•Manages care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions arc mechanically assisted by life support equipment.
•Knowledge of the transitional care of neonates is required.
•HCW’s will be required to float within similar specialties

COMPENSATION:
Base rate+premium: $60.55/hour (in accordance with federal/state regulations)
