Outpatient-focused Family Medicine with flexible scope
4-day workweek with 32 patient contact hours
Manageable volume: 12–15 patients per day
Light, phone-based call with minimal after-hours burden
Strong APP support (10–12 providers) enhancing workflow
Team-based care model with RN triage and same-day clinic
Modern clinic (built 2012) with EPIC EMR
Dedicated LPN/CMA + RN support and care coordination
Integrated behavioral health and specialty access onsite
Visiting specialists from tertiary center support local care
Options to incorporate OB, Inpatient & ER Shifts, if desired
$330K base salary + additional wRVU upside
