Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a compelling 38-day locum tenens assignment with our client in New Mexico, commencing Jul 3, 2026. This vital role involves providing comprehensive 24-hour call coverage, typically in 8a-8a shifts, and encompasses a broad spectrum of OB/GYN cases, including FHR interpretation, performing and interpreting OB ultrasounds, managing routine and complicated deliveries, as well as handling office, minor, and surgical gynecology procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties - Provide 24-hour call coverage, typically 8a-8a shifts
- Manage OB and GYN cases
- Perform FHR interpretation
- Conduct and interpret OB ultrasounds, including level 1/screening
- Perform Amniocentesis
- Manage routine and complicated deliveries
- Perform VBACs preferred
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations preferred
- Perform office/minor gynecology procedures
- Conduct surgical gynecology procedures
