Rheumatologist
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $325000.00
We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing, well-supported outpatient practice just southwest of Indianapolis in Terre Haute, Indiana. The incoming physician will play a key role in maintaining access, continuity of care, and supporting a busy infusion program.
Position Overview- 100% outpatient rheumatology practice
- General Rheumatology with a broad case mix:
- RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, CREST, biologic management, and more
- Occasional inpatient consults only
- Located within the Hux Cancer Center, featuring an onsite infusion center and lab services
Practice Highlights- Established referral base
- Reasonable volumes
- Dedicated MA, RN, nursing staff, and infusion nurses
Schedule & Lifestyle- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time schedule based on a 4.5-day workweek
- Phone call primarily with occasional inpatient consults:
Compensation & Benefits (Highlight)- Base salary: $300,000
- Productivity incentive (wRVU-based):
- Paid at $55.78 per wRVU over threshold
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000
- Relocation assistance: up to $10,000
- PSLF eligible employer
