Description
Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Cromwell, CT.
25 week assignment.
Day shifts
Open to all experience levels
10-15 hours per week
Minimum qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active PT license in the state of CT.
• Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Mosaics Code of Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and team work
• Exceptional oral and written communication
• Experience with the geriatric population
• Understanding of current Medicaid billing regulations
