Job Details
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating half day on Saturday
- Working at two locations throughout the week that 15 minutes from each other
- 1 year of experience as an NP in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
- Call is 1:5 and by phone only
- Responsibilities include follow up visits, medication management, sick and wellness visits, and more
- New York license in hand or in process
