Job details:

• BC/BE Family Medicine who is comfortable with OB


• M-F, 8 am- 5 pm clinic operation


• OB coverage rotation required (every 4th week)


• Pediatric coverage rotation required (every 3rd week)


• Very competitive compensation- make 290+


• Production bonus- RVU 6,499 @ $33.96


• Relocation allowance up to 10k (reimbursed expenses)


• SIgn-on bonus 15k (1/3- upon signing, 1/3- 1st day, 1/3- 90th day)


• CME- 3k annually (does not roll)


• PTO- 4 weeks (20 days) per year (bank, does not roll) and does not include holidays


• Education loan forgiveness- $1,500 per month (paid directly to lender)
