• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician


• Join 3 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Ob/Gyn physician, 1 Rad/Onc, 2 General Surgeons, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Orthopedic Surgeon, 4 Emergency Medicine physicians, and 1 Hospitalist.


• Multi-specialty group


• Call is shared among the Family Medicine physicians


• The Clinic is a Certified Medical Home with a Health Coach along with a Behavioral Health Therapist embedded in the clinic. Telemedicine is available for additional specialties


• Board certification in one's specialty is required within 5 years of completion of residency training to be eligible for clinical privileges.


• Must be Licensed by MN Board of Medicine and must possess valid narcotics registration (DEA number).
