A multispecialty group with outpatient clinics throughout Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Lead Family Medicine Physician near Waterbury. Job ID #53392
Job Details
- Outpatient only, Integrated care setting
- Rotating call, via phone, Approximately 20 PPD
- Physician will provide whole person healthcare in an integrated care setting
- Must have or be willing to obtain suboxone waiver
- EMR: NextGen
- Board Certified or eligible, BLS Certification
- Active CT license and DEA or ability to obtain
- This is an excellent opportunity to practice a personalized style of patient care in a supportive atmosphere
