- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Employed, M-F 8-5
- Low Call 1:8 by phone, 18-22 patients per day
- Outpatient, 4 1/2 days clinic; rest is admin
- EMR Athena
- Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress).
- Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this.
