Job Details:
- BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
- Outpatient only
- Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm or flexible schedule
- Join 3 MD's
- Call 1:4 shared between FM providers
- EPIC EMR
- Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan
- Benefits including health, dental, life, vacation, Long-term and Short-term disability,
- Contribution to tax-deferred annuity, CME allowance, relocation, and professional liability with tail coverage
