Skills

Minimum 1–3 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
Experience working in a hospital-based Emergency Department setting
Proven ability to manage moderate-acuity patient volume in a community ED
Experience performing core EM procedures (airway management, intubations, central lines, etc.)
Prior experience supervising or collaborating with APCs preferred
Comfortable working independently across day, swing, and night shifts

Notes

High priority need for night coverage – preference given to providers with strong night availability
Long-term stability with consistent scheduling (6+ month assignment)
Supportive ED environment with APC coverage and collaborative staff
Manageable patient volume allowing for quality patient care
Credentialing timeline: Approximately 60 days from completed application
No temporary privileges available
Facility will consider candidates with a pending Washington license
Opportunity for assignment extension based on performance and mutual interest
