Call: 1:8 (phone-only). 1 Saturday/month (9a-1p). Nursing handles ~80% of prep/triage/chart input. 2 Weeks Paid PTO + 6 Paid Holidays. Open to new grads. Fully Paid Malpractice Insurance. Open to training in Pediatrics.
