MD needed for SNF/LTD in
Palmyra, PA
Campbell Town, PA
Only 7 miles between each building
BC/BE IM, FP or GER
MD start out 1-2 days/week but expected growth can lead to M-F; 40hr work week
Hours 8A-5P
Pay $120/hr. all-inclusive rate
Hard start date Jan 4th
Locum to perm preferred
Acute Issues for Call will rotate every 4-5 weeks; telephone only (discuss treatment or refer to Hospital)
Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
Responsible for Admissions and Re-certifications
Serve in a support role for NP for chronic patients
NP pre-rounds; full H&P
Expect 20-25 patients between two sites
Due to new site in PA, staff will be available with MD onsite for the first week
PA Medical License required
DEA required
Clean background for expedited credentialing
