Description
You may be eligible for a W-2 position with full support staff provided. There is also a full benefit package that includes health/dental/vision, 401k, deferred compensation, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage. First year guarantee based on FMV and then income is based on a productivity model (wRVU basis) after the guaranteed period.Practice outline: • 3 days a week seeing patients, 1 day in Surgery, and 1 day taking call
• Call is 1:4 - 1 day a week and 1 weekend per month
• Ultrasound in office
• Billing, Prior Authorizations, MA’s, office Manager, front office, EMR, all provided in house
• Interest in some high-risk OB a plus
• Referral base already established
• Base Salary: $250,000 - $350,000
• Sign on bonus: up to $50,000
• Relocation: up to $20,000
• Quality bonus: up to $20,000
• CME: $5,000 per year
