Description
Would you be interested in working at a 50/50 clinical to administrative capacity with a brand new 10 bed behavioral health wing? With counselors and LCSWs already in place, we are looking for a provider to lead our behavioral health department and continue to build it in their vision. Enjoy the autonomy to run the practice as you see fit and support from an established and collaborative hospital environment.
You would receive:
• $330,000 base + quality bonus
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• 1 hour or longer for new patients, 30 minutes for med checks
• Potential profit share
