This progressive FQHC operates from a fully renovated, 35,000+ square foot facility designed to support continued growth and expanded access to care. Services include primary care, mental health, recovery and medication-assisted treatment, pediatrics, pharmacy, and Behavioral Health Home programs, creating a comprehensive, collaborative environment for providers and patients.

Join as the second PMHNP in this location, working alongside an experienced, collaborative team providing outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for a diverse population. You will establish therapeutic relationships, support patients in achieving treatment goals, and collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health providers within an integrated care model.

This is a full-time, outpatient position. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience and be comfortable working independently within a team-based setting.
