SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Cardio?thoracic Surgeon (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Spokane, Washington. This role supports solo cardiothoracic coverage with full?time scheduling and expedited credentialing.Position Details -
Start: June 1, 2026
Scheduling: Full?time weekday coverage with weekend call
Availability Requirement: Minimum 2 weeks per month
Practice Model: Solo Cardio?thoracic Surgery
Scope: Cardiac and thoracic cases
Credentialing: Expedited Preferred Experience -
Minimally invasive mitral procedures
Impella 5.5 implantation/support
Aortic root and remodeling/enlargement Requirements -
Active, unrestricted Washington medical license (IMLC considered, pending accepted)
Board Certified in Cardio?thoracic Surgery
AHA certifications required
CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained Benefits -
