- Lead development of comprehensive Menopause and Midlife Health Program
- Teaching and mentoring role with OB-GYN residents
- Split schedule: 2 days clinic, 2 days specialty center, 1 admin day
- Academic affiliation with Columbia University medical school
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with subspecialty providers
- Develop referral-based gynecologic surgical practice with mentorship
