They provide care regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially focusing on the underserved populations. They are a FQHC and have locations throughout Long Island, Westchester County, and the Hudson River Valley. This opportunity is with their center in the Hudson River Valley. 

The ideal candidate will provide care at a mid-size, multi-specialty primary care practice. The position is full-time (35-40 hours/week) and will work with other mid-levels and specialty physicians. This position requires one late-night per week and rotating telephone call coverage split between the providers. Seeking a mission-driven candidate.
