Join a private, not-for-profit, regional Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been serving eastern Connecticut for over 30 years

* Psych NP. Must be Psych certified (PMHNP).
* M-F / 8/8:30 – 5/5:30 or 7:30 – 4:30, can do 1 hr or 30 min lunch.
* No Call; No Weekend; No Holiday.
* Current CT licensed or ability to obtain.
* Average patients per day = 12 – 18.
* No Substance Abuse Patients, only Behavioral Health - we will be training SA patients in the coming months.
* EMR = Sage.
* Will report to Chief BH Officer.
* Credentialing time frame: 2 weeks - 30 days.
