A Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities across Long Island is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Riverhead, NY.

• Our company provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable.
• This position will work at our medium-sized primary care Practice. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner willing to work between 35-40 hours per week which will include rotating telephone call coverage with the other providers, one late night a week and one Saturday a month.
