Dental Director
Practice Highlights
- Average patient volume: 12–18 patients per day
- 19 fully equipped exam rooms serving pediatric and adult patients
- OR access available if desired
- Dedicated Dental Assistant Training Program

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
- Serve as a clinical leader and mentor to dental providers and staff
- Support best practices in patient care, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance dental program operations and outcomes
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Alaska dental license or eligibility to obtain
- Board certification not required for general dentistry
- Experience or interest in clinical leadership preferred
