Location: Tennessee (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: June – Ongoing
Reason for coverage: Provider shortage, perm hire
Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8a-4p. (7 days on, 7 days off 2 physicians per location alternating)
Call: No Call
Patient volume: 7-17 patients per day
Scope: 100% inpatient. Oncology hospitalist. No clinic coverage, Rounds and consults.
   - 50 % Hematology / 50% Oncology. No Procedures expected.
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: 541 Bed Level 1 trauma center & 337 bed sister hospital
Group/support: There is an APP inpatient with the physician M-F.
Requirements (boards, license Board certified in Oncology. Hematology BC is major plus, Active TN license or compact

Skills

Experience with inpatient Hematology-Oncology
Inpatient consults and rounding.
