$400/hr orientation. $3500/24 hour call

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible – required
Active South Carolina license – required
ACLS and BLS – required
DEA – required
Must be willing to cover both sites – required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) – required at presentation
