Description
Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist
Licensure: Any state accepted
Certifications required: BLS. Immunization certification preferred.
Experience required: Ideally some ambulatory care hospital experience.
Clinical settings: Mainly Outpatient duties
COVID Vaccine Required: No
Coverage dates needed: ASAP for 3 months or longer
Weekly schedule: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm. Weekends are an option if provider prefers.
On-call required: No
Support staff: Pharmacy technicians and we have other pharmacists who are accessible.
Software used: RPMS
Credentialing timeframe: 1.5 to 2 months.
