Job Description:
Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
Call required
Setting: Outpatient, Emergency Department and Clinical Pharmacy
Any State License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS
Experience: Must have hospital pharmacy experience. At least 1 year preferred.
COVID Vaccine Required
Credentialing: 2-3 Weeks requirements
Support Staff: 5 Pharmacy Techs
Inpatient experience required
