Join Our Team as a Travel Critical Care Registered Nurse - Night Shifts

What You'll Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact state license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Current ACLS certification from AHA.
- At least one year of experience in critical care, with strong skills in managing complex patient cases such as DKA, acute respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator management.
- Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend; no on-call or floating responsibilities.
- Competence to provide independent, comprehensive nursing care in high-acuity settings, with excellent assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and patient education abilities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience with cardiac and medical ICU patient populations.
- Familiarity with complex patient management and critical care protocols.
- Ability to delegate effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Educational & Experience Expectations:
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience preferred; new graduates with applicable training are welcome.
- Successful completion of the hospital's New Nurse Orientation within 30 days of hire.
- Demonstrated competency through organizational onboarding and annual skill verifications.
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold current RN licensure valid for the position and state of employment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, with availability starting from 03/30/2026.
- Travel reimbursements and certifications are provided as applicable.

Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30
