Join Our Team as an RN - ICU and Make a Critical Difference in Patient Care
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic ICU setting? We are looking for highly skilled ICU RNs to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. This pivotal role offers the chance to work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to life-saving interventions and improving patient outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering compassionate, top-tier care during some of the most challenging moments in patients’ lives.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with ICU background
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation systems
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Certification is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use computers, software, and web-based applications effectively
- Good judgment, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Additional critical care or specialty certifications
- Experience with hospital leadership or mentoring
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
- At least two years of ICU experience, demonstrating proficiency in complex patient care and emergency response
Other Requirements:
- Physical capability to exert force up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in environments involving exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift, 24/7 coverage schedule beginning February 7, 2026
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
