- Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM (24-hour shift)

Required Skills:
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and healthcare software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., CCU, ICU, Med/Surg)
- Experience with patient education and teaching strategies for diverse populations
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- More than two years of relevant nursing experience; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
- Compliance with all applicable safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
