- Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
- Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 1 pm
- 20 patients per day in outpatient setting
- Full-service outpatient office
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
- Hospital-employed position with benefits
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background preferred
