Primary Care Physician: $450,000 Year One Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Beautiful West Coast Location
Position Highlights - Work-Life Balance: Flexible Schedule with No Call, No Rounding, No Nights, No Weekends!
- Desirable Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient; 16-18 Patients Per Day
- Ideal Work Environment: Attached Clinic in a Critical Access Hospital
Compensation & Benefits - Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 - $ 350,00 (Depending on Experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Plus Production Bonus: $45,000 for Weekly Production
- Plus Annual Bonus: $10,000
- Student Loan Assistance: $125k Per Year!
- Paid Time Off: 42 days for PTO, Holidays, & CME
Qualifications - Degree: MD/DO
- Licensure: Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one
- Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience: In-practice and 2026 grads accepted
