Seeking BC/BE Occupational Medicine Physician
Alachua, FL (North of Gainesville)
Clinical based diagnosis and triage (non-invasive & surgical)
Executing return-to-work treatment plans
Will also help structure the Occ Health Service line for the practice (protocols/process)
33 physicians on staff (23 Surgeons, 6 PC, 4 Radiologists); 7 locations with 2 ambulatory surgery centers
Full site ancillary services including PT, DME, X-Ray, MRI, injectables, Int Rad and EMG
