We provide a convenient alternative to an ER visit or doctor’s appointment for illnesses and injuries that are urgent but not emergent.• Our locations in Indiana are: Munster, Schererville, Crown Point, Dyer, Merrillville and Hammond
• Adding 2 Full-Time physicians to work out of a few of these locations as they are all in the same proximity • Ideally BC/BC in IM/FP or EM with strong UC experience
• Current/Active/Clear IN license and DEA
• 12hr shifts; 8A-8P; including weekends
• Candidates must be well-trained and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients, performing procedures (suturing, splinting, pelvic exams, I&D of abscesses, foreign body removal, etc.) and with EKG and X-Ray interpretations
• Salary range $210K-$240K, 4 weeks of PTO
