HOSPITALIST AND NOCTURNIST  BRUNSWICK COUNTY COASTAL NORTH CAROLINA
We are looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to work as either a Hospitalist or another position for a Nocturnist in Southern Coastal North Carolina in Brunswick County.
•  $275,000 annual salary floor
•  Eligible for $30,000 quality, $52.16 Conversion factor wRVU's above the current 50th percentile (4778)
•  APP supervision incentive
•  Draw can be set up to 90% of expected total annual income
•  Total cash compensation annually can be between $350,000 and $430,000 on the higher end

Coast Nocturnist Compensation
a.  $302,000 is base salary
b.  $15,000 is tied to non-productivity metrics
c.  1050 encounter threshold, up to $25,000 incentive
d.  Total compensation capped at $342,000 Note: up to you, but I don’t think you have to characterize this as a cap. It is effectively all they can earn based on a 1.0 FTE, but they can earn more if they work additional shifts. It is not a contractual cap on compensation.
