Monday – Wednesday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call
No weekends

Patient Population
Adult and geriatric
Clinical Mix
60% Hematology
40% Oncology

Patient Volume
Outpatient: ~13 patients per day
Hospital (rounding/call): ~2 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care
Perform patient evaluations
Order and interpret labs and imaging
Prescribe treatments
Participate in tumor board discussions
Chemotherapy administered by nurse oncologist

Practice Environment
1 physician in practice
1 APP
EMR: Epic

Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: ~120 days

Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology – required
Ohio license – preferred
BLS – required
Clean background – required
Must confirm availability for listed dates and schedule – required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) – required at presentation
