Providers will work alongside a collaborative team of attending physicians, residents, and advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill and premature neonates. This assignment offers flexible scheduling with coverage across days, nights, and weekends, making it an excellent opportunity for providers seeking both clinical challenge and work-life balance.

Skills

Required: Prior experience in a Level III NICU
Strong background managing high-acuity neonatal patients
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced hospital environments
Comfortable collaborating within a team-based care model
Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and manage neonatal patients

Notes

Flexible schedule with approximately 6–8 shifts per month
Day, night, and weekend shifts available
No call required
Travel accommodations provided (airfare, lodging, rental car as applicable)
Opportunity to work in a high-census, academically supported NICU environment
