Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No call required
Full-time coverage
Patient Volume
Approximately 25–35 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide dermatology care in an outpatient setting
Support clinic operations and patient management

Practice Environment
Primary coverage at one clinic location with potential float support to an additional dermatology site
Support staff ratio: 1 (LPN/RN/MA) per 12 patients
EMR:Epic (recent experience required)

Credentialing
Orientation: 16 hours (billable)

Compensation
Hourly rate provided

Requirements
Board Certified – required
New York license (in hand) – required
BLS – required
Minimum 3 years recent experience – required
Epic experience – required
Must have up-to-date work history with no gaps over 30 days
Malpractice disclosures required (if applicable)
