Schedule
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2-week rotating schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (admin day), Friday
No call required
Option to split coverage between 2 providers (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation)

Approximately 14–15 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient hematology/oncology care
Occasional inpatient rounding
Work collaboratively with a Medical Oncologist (1:1 model)
No procedures required

Practice Environment
Outpatient clinic setting
Provider works directly with Medical Oncologist
EMR: Epic

Credentialing
Orientation: 8 hours (billable)

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology – required
Washington license – required (must be able to obtain within 2 weeks if not active)
BLS – required
Must have recent clinical activity within specialty (12 months within last 5 years or recent graduate within 12 months)
