What You Will Need:
- Ability to pass the telemetry test and experience monitoring telemetry patients
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts, patient monitoring, labs, medication administration, and patient education
- Experience with Epic electronic health records system
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
- Additional certifications such as PALS or CCRN
- Prior experience in a similar high-acuity unit
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Previous experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring units
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work the night shift from 19:00 to 07:30, 3 days a week
- Ability to pass telemetry testing
- Valid nursing license in good standing

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $59.18, with weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, and comprehensive W-2 medical benefits. We also provide ongoing support through our dedicated team and robust referral bonus program. Additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses may apply.
