Join 1 hematologist/oncologist + 1 APP in a brand-new, state-of-the-art cancer center, which has: chemotherapy & infusion management, bone marrow biopsies, occasional inpatient consults (no call requirement), experienced oncology nursing team plus onsite lab, imaging & infusion services. ROLE
• Outpatient-focused practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
• 20-25 patients per day
• 8 AM – 4 PM schedule
• Radiation Oncology onsite
PACKAGE
$500K base + significant bonus upside (Year 2 potential $750K–$800K+)
Profit-sharing & partnership potential
$25k Sign Bonus
Skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in US Virgin Islands thru FCVS
• 1+ years experience preferred
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology
