Work Dates Needed: 7:30a-4p Monday - Friday, scheduled clinic hours, No call
Worksite Setting: Outpatient- clinic, No surgery or procedures
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, BC new grad is acceptable, active NY license, BLS/ACLS and DEA,, SBRT experience is a MUST
EMR: EPIC. ECLIPSE for planning and they have multiple Radformation software products including, autocontour, chart check, clear check, ezfluence and quick code.
Pay Rate: $3000.00 daily
