The facility is located about 40 mins west of Boston, Massachusetts.
Practice Setting: OP with infrequent IP consults (3 per week Max)
Hem Vs Onc: 60/40
Volume: 14 PPD
Start Date/how long is the need for: September – ongoing for 6 months
Weekday Call: NONE
Weekend Call: NONE
Hours/Schedule: 5 days per week Mon- Fri, 8am -5pm
Support staff: APP, RNs, MA's
EMR: Epic
Credentialing time: 2 months
Board Certification requirement: certified NP
Full time or part time: Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
MA license required
