SCHEDULE: Full-time
Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, located on Florida's Emerald Coast, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Infusion IV Team! This is a full time opportunity.

The IV infusion
nurse will specialize in the administration of
medications and fluids through an intravenous (IV) line, central line, or
venous access port. Will work as a resource to the hospital by starting lines
and training new nurses in obtaining and maintaining IV access.

Qualifications EDUCATION
REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: - Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
- BSN preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Current FL RN license
required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held,
active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- BCLS-AHA
Healthcare Provider certification required at the time of hire
- ACLS
within 90 days of hire required - Successful completion of the ONS Chemotherapy Course within 18 months of hire
- Must complete basic arrhythmia
class and /or pass arrhythmia test with > 80% within 90 days of
hire
- INCC preferred
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
- Acute
care experience required
