The Division Director of Nurse Leader Onboarding and Development is responsible for mentoring and coaching new, inexperienced or under-performing unit nursing leaders. The primary goal of this position is to facilitate the execution of one of the highest nurse leader priorities of the patient experience by acclimating and coaching nurse leaders to balance priorities of fiscal responsibility, operations, people management, quality and safety. This position demonstrates a high degree of responsibility, accountability and autonomy.
