We are seeking a qualified Emergency Department Clinical Coordinatorfor an immediate opening in Mullins, SC. This person will work in a 124-bed, acute care facility that provides complete inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care.

Work Schedule:
80% of the hours will be day dayshift with flexibility.
One day per week, the candidate will be expected to work 2:00pm – 10:00pm to better understand the needs of the night shift employees.
Registered Nurse / ER Clinical Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily staffing and scheduling
Assist in managing patient complaints and implementing solutions to enhance the patience experience.
Collaborates with inpatient manager and director to enhance patient flow
Strives to implement best practices in the Emergency Department that enhance the delivery of quality patient care.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License
BSN is preferred, but ASN (or ADN) will be consider with an impressive resume
Charge RN Experience and 3 years of ED RN Experience Required
