Medical City Fort Worth Registered Nurse – RN – Cath Lab Short Stay Work Schedule-PRN Medical City Fort Worth is a 320 bed Magnet hospital located in the heart of Fort Worth, TX. We specialize in tertiary care, teaching and research. Our hospital is recognized for its cardiology, oncology, neuroscience and orthopedic programs. MCFW serves as a tertiary referral center not only for Tarrant County, but also numerous counties within a 90 mile radius.
Position Summary Busy pre-post Cath Lab unit whose team members exhibit exceptional teamwork in caring for our patients. Also assist the Physician with bedside TEE's, cardio versions and dobutamine stress echocardiograms on the unit and the ICU's. Essential Skills to this position Strong cardiac experience, with the skills and confidence to care for patients on multiple cardiac drips awaiting an ICU bed is a must. Ventilator and balloon pump experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and teamwork required.
