The HCA Nurse Residency
Program is a comprehensive program for new graduate nurses with less than
six months of experience.  The formalized, competitive residency program
is comprised of:

• Education and Curriculum 


• Guided Clinical with Preceptor 


• Support (Mentoring and Debriefing)


• Measurement and Evaluation
