Seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioner

This is an outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity that I have available in eastern AZ, about 2 hours from Tuscon and 3 from Phoenix. Here's some additional info:

Ideal Start: ASAP
Schedule: Mon –Thur
Shift: 7a – 6p, (No holidays, No weekends, No Call); Closed 12 – 1 for lunch

• Outpatient setting; Co-located within Behavioral Health Facility
• All ages – primary care
• Prefer candidates with two years’ experience and some BH or Psych (no cert needed for this though)
• Must have Current AZ license
• Average patients per day = 20-25
• EMR = NexGen

The provider is responsible for primary care and preventative services in the assessment and management of physical health conditions. The APP position offers an opportunity to work with a high level of independence, in an integrated setting.
